【摘要】:1.1Thisguidecovershowtounderstandandminimizetheerrorsassociatedwithdataacquisitioninfatigueandfracturemechanicstestingequipment.Thisguideisnotintendedtobeusedinsteadofcertifiedtraceablecalibrationorverificationofdataacquisitionsystemswhensuchcertificationisrequired.Itdoesnotcoverstaticloadverification,forwhichtheuserisreferredtothecurrentrevisionofPracticesE4,orstaticextensometerverification,forwhichtheuserisreferredtothecurrentrevisionofPracticeE83.TheuserisalsoreferredtoPracticeE467.1.2Theoutputofthefatigueandfracturemechanicsdataacquisitionsystemsdescribedinthisguideisessentiallyastreamofdigitaldata.Suchdigitaldatamaybeconsideredtobedividedintotwotypes-BasicData,whichareasequenceofdigitalsamplesofanequivalentanalogwaveformrepresentingtheoutputoftransducersconnectedtothespecimenundertest,andDerivedData,whicharedigitalvaluesobtainedfromtheBasicDatabyapplicationofappropriatecomputationalalgorithms.ThepurposeofthisguideistoprovidemethodsthatgiveconfidencethatsuchBasicandDerivedDatadescribethepropertiesofthematerialadequately.Itdoesthisbysettingminimumormaximumtargetsforkeysystemparameters,suggestinghowtomeasuretheseparametersiftheiractualvaluesarenotknown.
