【摘要】:Thistestmethodevaluatestheenergyconsumptionandcookingperformanceofpressureandkettlefryers.Thefoodserviceoperatorcanusethisevaluationtoselectafryerandunderstanditsenergyefficiencyandproductioncapacity.Thistestmethodisapplicabletofloormodelnaturalgasandelectricunitswitha25to70-lboilcapacity.Thefryercanbeevaluatedwithrespecttothefollowing:Energyinputrate(10.2),Preheatenergyandtime(10.4),Idleenergyrate(10.5),Pilotenergyrate(10.6,ifapplicable),Cookingenergyrateandefficiency(10.9),andProductioncapacity(10.9).Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.TheSIunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodprovidesaprocedureforperforminglaboratoryteststodeterminetheminimumignitionenergyofadustcloud.Note18212;Forgasesandvapors,seeTestMethodE582.Thedatadevelopedbythistestmethodmaybeusedtoassessthesparkignitibilityofadustcloud.AdditionalguidanceonthesignificanceofminimumignitionenergyisinX1.1.Thevaluesobtainedarespecifictothesampletested,themethodusedandthetestequipmentused.Thevaluesarenottobeconsideredintrinsicmaterialconstants.TheMIEofadustasdeterminedusingthisprocedurecanbecomparedwiththeMIE''sofreferencedusts(usingthesameprocedure)toobtaintherelativesensitivityofthedusttosparkignition.Anunderstandingoftherelativesensitivitytosparkignitioncanbeusedtominimizetheprobabilityofexplosionsduetosparkignition.
