【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportprovidesrecommendationsrelatingtothedesignoficonstosupportaccessibilitybytheelderlyandpeoplewithdisabilities.Theserecommendationsassistaccessibleimplementationofalliconsforusers.Whiletheserecommendationsweredevelopedtomeettheneedsoftheelderlyandpeoplewithdisabilities,theycanalsoprovidegreateraccessibilitytoawiderrangeofusersinavarietyofdifferentcontexts.ThisTechnicalReportintroducesasetofattributesandoperationsthatcanbeimplementedasfeaturesofgraphiciconstomakethefunctionalityoftheseiconsaccessibletothewidestpossiblerangeofusers.TextualattributesareemphasizedinthisTechnicalReportbecausetheycanberenderedinvariousalternatemodalities.ISO/IEC11581-1providesguidanceonthegraphicaspectsoficons.Specificrenderingsoftheseattributes(oroficonsingeneral)arenotdealtwithaspartofthisTechnicalReport.
