【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsforhydrauliccontroldevices,includinghydraulicvalvesandtheircontrolelements,valvecombinations,controlsystems,pipesandhoseassemblies,fittings,shut-offdevices,measuringdevices,filters,built-inpressurelimitingandcheckvalvesinlegsandramsandwatersprayinganddustsuppressionvalveswhenusedasspecifiedbythemanufacturerorhisauthorizedrepresentative.Excludedareelectroniccontroldevices,pressuregenerators,andinternalvalvesoflegsandrams(e.g.constantyieldvalves,seeEN1804-2).Somecomponentsaredealtwithinotherpartsofthisstandard.NOTEprEN1804-4alsoappliestoelectro-hydrauliccontroldevices.Part4alsocontainsrequirementsforelectricalcontrolelementsofvalves.Thisdocumentappliestohydrauliccontroldevicesatambienttemperaturesfrom–10°Cto60°C.Thisdocumentidentifiesandtakesintoaccount:-possiblehazardswhichmaybecausedbytheoperationofhydrauliccontroldevices;-areasandoperatingconditionswhichmaycreatesuchhazards;-hazardoussituationswhichmaycauseinjuryormaybedamagingtohealth;-hazardswhichmaybecausedbyfiredampand/orcombustibledusts.Thisdocumentdescribesmethodsforthereductionofthesehazards.Alistofsignificanthazardscoveredappearsinclause4.Thisdocumentisapplicabletoallhydrauliccontroldevicesplacedonthemarketforthefirsttimeafterthedateofissueofthisstandard.Thisdocumentdoesnotspecifyanyadditionalrequirementsfor:-useinparticularlycorrosiveenvironments;-hazardsoccurringduringconstruction,transportation,decommissioning;-earthquakes.
