【摘要】:ThispartofEN474dealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttowheelandcrawlerscrapersexcepttowedscrapersasdefinedinENISO6165:2006,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).TherequirementsofthispartarecomplementarytothecommonrequirementsformulatedinEN474-1:2006+A1:2009.ThispartdoesnotrepeattherequirementsfromEN474-1:2006+A1:2009,butaddsorreplacestherequirementsforapplicationforscrapers.Thispartspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsduringcommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofscrapers.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletoscrapersmanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
