适用范围
本标准规定了用原子吸收光谱仪和分光光度计测定饲料中铬含量的两种方法。
本标准方法1为原子吸收光谱法，适用于饲料原料(包括饲料用皮革粉、水解皮革粉)、微量素预混料、复合预混料、浓缩料和配合饲料，其中石墨炉原子吸收光谱法最低检出限为0.005μg/kg；火焰原子吸收光谱法最低检出限为150μg/kg。本标准方法2为分光光度法，适用于饲料原料(包括水解皮革粉)及配合饲料中铬的测定。

【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesmethodsforthedeterminationofthedensityorrelativedensityofcrudepetroleumandofpetroleumproductshandledasliquids.2Thecapillary-stopperedpyknometermethodisalsoforusewithsolidsandthismethodmayalsobeusedforcoaltarproducts,includingroadtars,creosoteandtarpitches,orformixturesofthesewithpetroleumproducts.ThismethodisnotsuitableforthedeterminationofthedensityorrelativedensityofhighlyvolatileliquidshavingReidvapourpressuresgreaterthan50kPaaccordingtoISO3007orhavinganinitialboilingpointbelow40℃.3Thegraduatedbicapillarypyknometermethodisrecommendedfortheaccuratedeterminationofthedensityorrelativedensityofallexceptthemoreviscousproducts,andisparticularlyusefulwhenonlysmallamountsofsamplesareavailable.ThemethodisrestrictedtoliquidshavingReidvapourpressuresof130kPaorlessaccordingtoISO3007andhavingkinematicviscositieslessthan50mm/s[50centistokes(cSt)]atthetesttemperature.Specialprecautionsarespecifiedforthedeterminationofthedensityorrelativedensityofhighlyvolatileliquids.
